The Professional Development Centre offers one-to-one executive coaching for leaders and senior professionals who want to step back from the demands of their role, reflect on their practice and focus on what will make the greatest difference.

Our executive coaches are Level 7 trained and experienced practitioners, bringing both professional coaching expertise and first-hand experience of working in senior roles across a range of public and private sector organisations. This combination means our coaching is grounded in both sound coaching practice and a real understanding of the opportunities, pressures and complexities of leadership.

Executive coaching provides a confidential space to explore the challenges and opportunities that come with leadership. Through thoughtful questioning, challenge and reflection, our coaches support individuals to develop greater self-awareness, consider different perspectives and make purposeful choices about their leadership.
